— 100cui Platform Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "the Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and 100cui (hereinafter referred to as "100cui", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") in connection with your use of the 100cui online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at 100cui.cam and any associated sub-domains, mobile applications, and digital services.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager on 100cui, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific supplemental terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using the 100cui platform.

These Terms were last updated on 1 January 2026. 100cui reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on 100cui, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) aged 21 years or older at the time of registration.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, a Restricted Territory.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or agent of 100cui nor an immediate family member of such person.
• You have not previously had an Account with 100cui that was suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are not accessing the platform with the intent to defraud 100cui or any other player.

100cui reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and address (including a copy of a Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent government-issued identification) at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the stated timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

Each Player is permitted to holdone (1) Account on 100cui. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, Malaysian mobile number, and preferred payment method details. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to notify 100cui promptly of any changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). 100cui will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. 100cui shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

100cui accepts deposits exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following approved payment channels:

• E-Walets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange)
• Online Banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect

Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. All deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may result in account restriction.

100cui does not charge processing fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees, for which 100cui accepts no responsibility. Deposits are credited to your Account balance promptly upon confirmation of successful payment. Processing times vary by method: e-wallet and DuitNow deposits are typically credited within seconds, while FPX and bank transfers may take 5–15 minutes.

Withdrawal requests are processed by 100cui subject to the following conditions:

• The Account holder has completed KYC verification.
• The withdrawal request is for real-money funds only — Bonus Credit is not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• The withdrawal destination must match the original deposit method and account holder name, wherever technically possible.
• Withdrawals must meet the minimum threshold for the selected method (displayed at time of request).

100cui targets the following processing timeframes, though actual times may vary based on payment provider processing:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay: Under 5 minutes — Instant
• DuitNow / FPX: 5–15 minutes — Fast
• Bank Wire Transfer: 15–60 minutes — Standard

100cui does not impose withdrawal processing fees. In the event of a suspected security concern or regulatory requirement, 100cui reserves the right to delay processing a withdrawal pending additional verification, and will communicate the reason and expected timeline to the Account holder.

100cui offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, freets, cashback offers, and loyalty program rewards. All promotions are governed by these general Terms and by the specific terms and conditions associated with each individual offer, which are published at the time the offer is made available.

Key principles governing all 100cui promotions include:

• Each promotion is available to eligible registered players only. Eligibility criteria are stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as playthrough requirements) before any associated winings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., "30x") applied to the bonus amount.
• Bonus credits carry an expiry date. Unused bonus value and associated wagering progress are forfeited upon expiry.
• 100cui reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion without prior notice in the event of technical error, misuse, or changed circumstances.
• Players who are found to be abusing promotional offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk hedging strategies, or coordinated collusion — will have their bonus privileges revoked and may face account suspension.

All wagers placed on 100cui — whether on sports events, live casino tables, slot games, lottery or any other product — are subject to the applicable game rules published on the platform at the time of play. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these general Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that game or event.

100cui shall not be held liable for disruptions to gameplay caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side, hardware or software failures outside 100cui's control, or scheduled and emergency platform maintenance. Where a wager is interrupted mid-play due to a platform fault, 100cui will endeavour to resolve the outcome fairly, which may include voiding the wager and returning the staked amount.

For sports betting markets — including EPL, La Liga, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, and UFC — the settlement rules applicable to each market are published within the relevant market and updated periodically. 100cui reserves the right to void any wager placed in error (e.g., due to incorrect odds publication) and to correct settlement results where an error in the official result feed is confirmed.

You agree that you will not, at any time, engage in any of the following activities on or in connection with the 100cui platform:

• Creating more than one Account for yourself or facilitating the creation of additional accounts for others to circumvent restrictions.
• Using software, scripts, bots, or automated tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human play.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain.
• Coluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot, or insider betting in connection with sports markets.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any transaction related to illegal activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to 100cui for any purpose.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 100cui staff or other players through any communication channel.

100cui is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to protecting vulnerable players. Gaming should always be a form of entertainment, not a source of income or a means of addressing financial difficulties. 100cui provides the following responsible gambling tools all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account to manage your spending.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a set period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and exclude yourself from the platform.

All content accessible on or through the 100cui platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, images, icons, audio, video, logos, trade names, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of 100cui or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of 100cui.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 100cui, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising from contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on any information or content displayed on the platform.
• Any disruption or interruption to the platform caused by circumstances beyond 100cui's reasonable control, including force majeure events, telecommunications failures, or third-party service disruptions.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 100cui's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by 100cui's negligence, to the extent that such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

100cui reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where:

• A breach of these Terms has been confirmed or is reasonably suspected.
• A regulatory or legal obligation requires 100cui to do so.
• The Account presents an elevated fraud, money laundering, or security risk.
• A self-exclusion or responsible gambling restriction has been applied.
• The Account has been inactive for a period exceding 24 consecutive months.

Upon Account closure (other than for confirmed fraud or breach), any real-money balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Account holder via the original deposit method, subject to completion of KYC verification. Bonus credits are not refundable under any circumstances.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Closure requests are processed within three (3) business days of receipt of satisfactory identity confirmation.

100cui reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 100cui will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email communication to registered Account holders or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms reflects when the most recent revision was made. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the 100cui platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you should cease using the platform and request Account closure as described in Section 13.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 100cui is incorporated and licensed. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between the parties shall be referred to the competent courts or arbitration body of the applicable jurisdiction.
